Established in 2011, Theo's began in St. Michaels, Maryland as a traditional steakhouse. Theo's quickly grew to be a local favorite. As a resort town restaurant, Theo's offers a casual approach to dining without jeopardizing quality. Wear your boat shoes, shorts, or dinner jacket and heels.
Theo's prides ourselves in sourcing our ingredients from local vendors as much as possible, from local producers such as Lyon Distilling Company, Grey Wolf Distillery, Spirit Growers Produce, Wild Diver Oysters and Eastern Shore Brewing company. Heavily influenced by New Orleans, Theo's brings New Orleans-inspired eclectic art, moody colors and comfortable seating all set in a 100 year old historic home in the heart of St. Michaels. Our second location, in Cambridge, MD, is situated in a historic terrace building downtown on High St. Our third location, in Rehoboth Beach, DE is nestled downtown on Baltimore Ave, a well lit vibrant space with a cozy patio. At all three you will likely meet local town celebrities and characters. Great atmospheres are created by the people who enjoy them.
Owner Chris Agharabi gathered his culinary training at Le’ Academie de Cuisine in Bethesda, MD, However, you won’t find him in the kitchen. Chris is often buzzing around meeting with guests and cheering on the Washington Capitals.
